Gay

[ForgetMEnot]

I so really want to reach out
and let my thoughts and feelings go
I so really want to come out
and let my loved ones actually know
Know that I can't help myself
from taking that hit to get out of this dark pit
I have tried to tell myself over and over
that one day I will be alive and free
free from these thoughts and sins
free from depression and free from me
But somehow I always lure myself
back to reality and humanity
and know I'm breathing life
and that I actually have sanity
I want someone to listen to me
and hear and understand what I have to say
Know that I can't go on much longer
but people like me should be proud to be gay.

Wow for once there's another guy on this site that's proud of being gay......well I'm bisexual but you understand.....halfgay, totally gay we're still both gaybashed and it's time we start feeling proud of who we are. Very great write Ash.
