Forced down by your hands. Your body weighs down on mine. Still Seven.
Feel your breath against my face. Your lips brush across my cheek. Still Seven.
I hear you sneer and snicker, As I feel your hardness deep inside me. Still Seven.
How could you use me this way? Your little sister that you should be taking care of. Still Seven.
You finished, you're done. You released your desire. I'm left behind bleeding; my body feels on fire. Still Seven.
Grew up carrying this burden. Wile you got away; you're carefree. Still Seven.
18 years old now, a grown adult. Never to shed this shell and really grow up. Still Seven.
Now I sit in bed, crying large tears. Because I can still feel your hands. Because I'm Still Seven.

This poem is so sad. I really did like it and it comes right from everything that's been hurting you all those years. But I"m moving this to Anti-rape/abuse poetry.

I like this poem. Eleven years after a seven years old girl was raped by an older person. It hurts to see the kind of pain that some adult girls are carrying about because of moral decadence. It is terrible to see and feel those tears. How can one forget this kind of torture!
I am hurt as a poet, to feel what she feels right now. damn those whose who engage in defiling young girls that are supposed to be protected by them. damn it! Emeka Chike nwogu TEXT

This poem made me cry.... Cause like you I'm still the age I was then...me I was 3 1/2 and 15 to 17. To this day I still feel my attackers hands holding me down...taking what no one should. Taking my innocence. I feel your pain.... >>Heavy Hearted<< P.S. You explained exactly what it feels like...what you remember...great poem...
