Those who fought
Those who died
Those who fought hard
Those who fought right.
You gave your lives
To a war.
Some believed in the fight
Others wanted to know more.
Such terrible things
You saw each day
You tried to get out of this
By saying you're gay.
Most didn't want
To fight in 'Nam
But by the time you were nineteen
You were surrounded by bombs.
Our war today
Against Iraq
I truly feel
We should fight back.
Those who fought
Way back when
I salute you
For fighting
A useless war

It's really sad but true. You can't blame the soldiers for what a president is going to do to them. So the president should take the blame, not them. Great write.
